Job summary

Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services seeks a Landscaping & Snow Supervisor to lead field crews in both summer landscape maintenance and winter snow operations. This hands-on leadership role ensures proper staffing, equipment, scheduling, and productivity while upholding Clintar's standards for quality, safety, customer service, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial landscape/snow required.
• Clean and valid driver's license
• Expertise in heavy equipment operation
• University/college degree preferred
• Horticulture, Landscape, snow experience
• Proficient in writing reports, proposals, and business correspondence
• Capable of solving customer service challenges, interpreting various instructions, and performing calculations related to areas, percentages, and volumes
• Good customer service skills are essential to handle inquiries and requests professionally.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliability and the ability to respond to emergencies or work during irregular hours, such as nights and weekends, may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew leaders and members, managing hiring, training, and daily operations
• Assign equipment, conduct training in horticulture, customer relations, and safety
• Maintain facility organization, set work procedures, and ensure efficient workflow
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, complete minor repairs when needed, and manage timesheets
• Plan and conduct ongoing crew training
• Prioritize customer satisfaction
• Promote teamwork and evaluate staff performance
• Occasionally contributes hands-on during tight deadlines
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager

Job Summary
