Job summary

Allto Construction is hiring Labourers to join our growing team in Windsor, Ontario.

7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 4:00pm Friday. Hourly rates up to $40.00/hr with Level 2 $30-$40/hr, Level 1 $22-$30/hr. Benefits plan and RRSP savings plan available; paid training; stable year-round work; home each night for dinner.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a labourer in excavation and site servicing.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Must have transportation and a valid G licence.
• Reading plans and Trimble GPS equipment would be an asset.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Safety-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with excavation and site servicing work.
• Follow directions and work unsupervised when required.
• Maintain safety protocols on site.
• Report progress to supervisor and collaborate with team.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have 2+ years experience as a labourer in the excavation and site servicing field.
• Able to work in a phycially demanding environment.
• Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.
• Knowledge with reading plans and use Trimble GPS equipment would be an asset.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Safety-focused attitude.
