Giusti Wall Tech in Chemainus, BC is hiring a Labourer to support fast-paced production of prefabricated wall panels. The role focuses on safe teamwork, operating power tools, and accurate measurements to meet production targets.

A $500 signing bonus is paid after 3 months. Must have legal status to work in Canada and be able to lift up to 50 pounds; transportation is required as no public transit is available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating various specialized power tools, machines, and hand tools relevant to panel fabrication.
• Strong ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure, ensuring accuracy in production.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, preferred but not mandatory.
• Team player mindset with a strong focus on safety protocols.
• Must have legal status to work in Canada.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting production targets.
• Physically capable of lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must have transportation - no public transit available at this work location.
