• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand all day.
• Comfortable using heat tools in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Secure units onto skids, racks, or trailers for transport.
• Apply shrink wrap to large aluminum frames, assemblies, and crates.
• Operate heat guns safely to achieve tight, weather‑resistant finishes.
• Prepare materials for shipping (cleaning, taping, corner protection, labeling).
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Perform final visual checks to ensure no damage before shipment.
• Support shop flow by moving materials and staging work areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Assist other departments when needed.

Technical Skills

• Experience in shipping/manufacturing environments (industrial, construction, or similar preferred)
• Comfortable working with heat tools and in a production environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
