Job summary

TEAM Group in Kingston is hiring a Scaffolder/General Labourer to support our industrial cleaning and production site. You will perform scaffold-related tasks, assist in cleaning, and work at heights in a fast-paced environment, following safety policies.

The role requires reliability, willingness to learn, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for overtime. On-site parking and on-the-job training are provided, with a competitive pay of $20.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Motivated and self-driven, with a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work overtime and on weekends.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Kingston.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean & maintain common areas.
• Work in confined spaces to perform sanitation function beneath paint booth grates.
• Work from heights to sanitize robotics, clear paint, and remove covers.
• Clean in paint operations area and remove paint build up with hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift to move materials and carry supplies.
• Perform physically repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment; bending, lifting, pushing/pulling, stairs, standing and walking.
• Follow all instructions, safety policies and procedures.
• Carry scaffold equipment up and down stairs, across roofs, load and unload.

Pay

$20.00/hr

Schedule

Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities

• Follow all instructions, safety policies and procedures;
• Carry scaffold equipment up and down stairs, and across roofs
• Load and unload scaffold equipment

Qualifications

• Previous Scaffolding experience is considered an asset.
• Previous experience in industrialized cleaning or heavy general labour is considered an asset;
• Availability to work overtime and on weekends;
• Motivated and self-driven, with a willingness to learn;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Must be able to reliably commute to Kingston.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, stand for extended periods, work in various weather conditions, and work at heights
