Job summary

Advantage Personnel Ltd. is seeking a General Labourer for the concrete manufacturing facility in Kingston, ON. This role focuses on hands-on work with concrete products in a safety-conscious, fast-paced environment.

You will assist with molds, pouring, finishing, and quality checks, with training provided. The position offers full-time hours, a starting rate of $22.50 per hour, and rotating day/afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labour experience is an asset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and using tools throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, hot and fast-paced plant environment
• Forklift or crane experience is an asset but not required
• Safety boots are required

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Shifts: Rotating weekly between day shift and afternoon shift

Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm

Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm to 8:30pm
