Job summary

Clean Harbors Edmonton, AB is seeking a Field Laborer to join a safety-focused team. The role involves assisting with the operation of high pressure units, chemical, combo, and vacuum trucks, with travel as needed for project assignments.

The ideal candidate will have a Class 5 driver’s license, prior industrial or oil field labor experience, and the ability to work in a team environment while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Class 5 Driver’s License required.
• Previous industrial or oil field experience in a labor intensive role is required.
• Ability to travel 1-4 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
• Assisting the Operators in the safe operation of all units.
• Ensuring the job site placement of the unit is safe, stable and secure.
• Completing all required paperwork on a daily basis.
• Rigging equipment in and out.
• General clean up and maintenance of units upon completion of the job.
• Provides high levels of customer service with internal employees and external clients.

• Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
• Assisting the Operators in the safe operation of all units;
• Ensuring the job site placement of the unit is safe, stable and secure;
