Job summary

ALS is seeking multiple General Labourers to join our Sample Preparation Facility. You will help prepare mining samples by crushing, sieving, and weighing, while keeping accurate logs and maintaining a clean lab environment.

Successful candidates will have a Grade 12 diploma (preferred), good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Evening/night shift pay incentives and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and stage boxes on carts for weighers.
• Return and scan boxes into storage after weighing.
• Assist with ringing, sieving, crushing, and splitting under supervision.
• Load and unload drying ovens under supervision.
• Maintain production logs and lab cleanliness.
• Support with layouts and other duties as needed.
• Follow safety regulations and ALS health and safety policies.
