The role of the Laboratory Technician is to create value for CannAmm and its customers through superior customer service. The Laboratory Technician ensures clients feel secure, valued, and respected throughout all processes. As a member of the CannAmm Operations Team, this position may involve medical surveillance, mobile testing, RSAP, and on-call rotations (24/7). The Laboratory Technician reports directly to the Collection Site Supervisor or Manager Collection Site Services, who oversees competency, quality, operational workflow, customer service, safety, and administration. This position interacts daily with other Operations team members and maintains direct relationships with clients and donors within the CannAmm network.

Contract Full-Time (ends September 26, 2025)
Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600; on-call and Shy bladder rotation (37.5 hours weekly)
