Job summary

Alberta Precision Labs in St. Albert is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant I to provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient and safe manner.

• Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
• Previous Phlebotomy experience and ECG certification.
• At least 2 years of recent phlebotomy experience; ECG experience.

Job description

You have good judgement and decision-making skills and will conduct yourself according to the Alberta Health Services Code of Conduct and the APL Values of Kindness, Inclusion, Innovation, Agility, and Accuracy.This position works a 12-week rotation 7.75 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 0700-1915 at St. Albert Summit. This position also works every third weekend Saturday and Sunday 7.75 hours between the hours of 0700-1530 at St. Albert Summit.

Required Qualifications:
