KPMG Community Impact Day (KCID) is a unique opportunity to experience KPMG’s Impact strategy firsthand and to see how you can make an impact in your community. At KPMG we empower our people to reach their full potential through engaging with our communities and we want you to join us.

At KPMG, supporting communities is at the heart of what we do. In collaboration with a leading not-for-profit organization, we’re offering an immersive experience designed to deepen your understanding of the challenges many individuals and families face every day. Through this interactive simulation, you’ll explore real-life scenarios that reflect the difficult decisions people must make when navigating financial hardship.

This experience is more than just a learning opportunity—it’s a reflection of KPMG’s commitment to making a meaningful difference. You’ll also have the chance to connect with professionals from our audit, tax, and advisory practices across the country, and hear how they contribute to their communities through their work.

You enjoy building meaningful and impactful relationships to enable positive change in your local community and are motivated and focused on achieving the personal and career goals that you set.

KCID is designed for undergraduate business and STEM students who have not received a future-dated offer from KPMG.

Not only do we participate in purposeful and impactful work every day, but the people at KPMG are encouraged to give to causes they are passionate about in their communities.
