Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, including designing processes for capturing, storing, and retrieving organizational knowledge, and promoting a culture that encourages knowledge sharing.
• Manage knowledge repositories by maintaining and updating knowledge bases to ensure accuracy, currency, and accessibility.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing through promoting collaboration and effective communication among employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Identify and assess knowledge gaps within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
