Purolator Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Customer Service Associate in Kitchener, ON. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, handle inquiries, and support corporate partners with shipping details. The role requires English proficiency, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
Working in a warehouse environment, you’ll collaborate with Head Office and local teams to deliver excellent service. Prior customer service and basic POS experience is preferred.

Location: Kitchener, ON
Shift: Thursday and Friday 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Saturday 8:45 AM- 4:15 PM
Total Weekly Hours: 13.5
Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
