Job summary

Purolator is hiring for a Retail Customer Service role in the Guelph/Kitchener area. The position involves assisting customers in person and by phone, upselling Corporate Products, and resolving shipments and tech issues. You will collaborate with Head Office and drivers to ensure excellent service.

English proficiency is required; prior 3–12 months of customer service/retail experience and POS system familiarity are preferred. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for intervals.

Shift: Thursday and Friday 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Saturday 8:45 AM- 4:15 PM Total Weekly Hours: 13.5

Customer Service Orientation -

  • Serving our customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person Up-selling and cross selling Corporate Products and Services

  • Written communication; and listening skills
  • Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability- including attendance, uniform compliance and attention to detail Experience working in a team environment and independently an asset
