Job summary

Purolator Sherbrooke is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee sort operations and a group of unionized employees in an on-site setting. You will drive the achievement of performance targets and foster a positive, collaborative work environment that strengthens team loyalty.

Key responsibilities include coaching and evaluating staff, implementing policies, and producing operational reports to support the district’s scorecard goals.

  • Manage and supervise sort operations.
  • Manage a group of unionized employees.

  • Responsible for managing performance of employees as per operational standards and indices.
  • Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance, coaching, counseling and recognition.

  • Responsible for completing a variety of reports and documents.
  • All other related and assigned duties.
