Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food preparation in pantry, fry, and other kitchen stations.

• Restock items as needed and maintain station cleanliness.
• Ensure safety and sanitation through proper procedures and by following the Chef's directions.
• Prepare dishes for customers with allergies or intolerances.
• Open and close the station per specifications, teach staff, and supervise shifts.
