Job summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a driven Busperson in Gananoque, ON. Under the Sous Chef, you will ensure the cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment and dishware while contributing to a safe, welcoming work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, stocking areas, and supporting kitchen staff. A High School Diploma and flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Washes, racks and polishes dishes and utensils.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Supports kitchen staff and receives goods as needed.
• Assists with general cleaning and sanitation of the dining area.
