Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a dishwashing associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas. You will ensure that equipment and spaces are orderly and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning, polishing, waste disposal, and assisting with supply transfers. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred, and the role may require working past midnight and at events.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment (essential).
• Dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Physical ability to perform duties.
• Ability to work events as posted on Rogers Place Event Page.
• Have own transportation and can work past midnight.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, trays, and utensils.
• Polish silver using specified equipment.
• Maintain dish and kitchen areas and ensure equipment is clean and safe.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and manage waste disposal.
• Assist in loading/unloading and transferring supplies between areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
