You ensure that our relationships with suppliers are successful, and the food ordering is impeccable. As Kitchen Manager, you’re the “full meal deal”, instrumental in creating our customer’s dining experience at Boomer's Bar & Grill at Coquitlam's Planet Ice. You use your thorough understanding of food safety and handling to prepare high-quality meals, ensuring the highest standards are realized.

To qualify for this fantastic opportunity, you possess excellent working knowledge of kitchen policies and procedures, and have your current Food Safe Level 2 certification. Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience as a kitchen manager or supervisor coupled with at least 3 years' experience working in the food service industry. You should have recent experience in a similar bar & grill type of place that serves high-quality pub-style meals.
