MONZO Burger is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join the team

Monzo is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager with experience in high-volume environments who is passionate about cooking, hospitality, and team leadership.

Inspired by the 1980s Paninaro subculture in Milan, characterized by a fascination with American fast-food culture and European designer fashion, Monzo embodies the fast, fun, and bold spirit of that era. We aim to push boundaries and deliver innovative experiences.

Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  2. Proven track record managing food costs, labor, and inventory; experience with Optimum Control is an asset
  3. Experience ensuring adherence to kitchen cleanliness and safety standards, including creating and implementing Food Safety and Sanitation Plans
  4. Passion for food, cooking, leadership, and mentorship
  5. Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role
  6. Menu development experience is an asset
  7. A calm and kind demeanor when interacting with team members
