Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.

• Clean pots and pans.
• Wrap and portion foods and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using manual and electric appliances.
• Clean and sanitise the kitchen, work surfaces, cabinets, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
