Job summary

West Coast Seafood + Raw Bar in Kelowna is hiring a full-time, permanent kitchen helper/dishwasher. The role supports a fast-paced kitchen, maintains cleanliness, and follows health and safety standards while assisting with deliveries and stock rotation.

The position offers evening hours and opportunities to grow your culinary skills. Wage starts in the low to mid-teens CAD per hour with tips, and parking is free.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for all guests.
• Ensure that the dish area is organized and clean to the standards of the culinary leadership team.
• Keep work area, plate ware, utensils, and equipment clean and always sanitized.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program.
• Support deliveries, including unboxing supplies, shelving stock, and rotating items.
