Panjabi Foods Ltd. in Three Hills, AB is hiring a Kitchen helper. The role requires self-motivation, good interpersonal skills and the ability to start soon. It is a permanent, full-time position with day, evening, night, weekend, shift and early morning hours.

The candidate will perform dishwashing, food prep, stocking, and basic cooking tasks in a busy restaurant/kitchen setting. English fluency, a high school diploma, and 1–2 years of experience are preferred. Free parking is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport clean dishes, flatware and serving items to the dining area and set tables.
• Clean and sanitize dishwashers mats, carts and waste disposal units.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs after service.
• Load buspans and trays for service and storage.
• Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glasses and cutlery.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh items.
• Package take-out meals and handle wrap/portioning of foods.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple foods as needed.
• Stock supplies and manage inventory in kitchen storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain clean floors and work surfaces.
