• Load buspans and trays for washing.
• Operate dishwashers to clean dishes, glassware and flatware.
• Store dishes in appropriate storage areas.
• Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Hand-sanitize and wash dishes and other items as needed.
• Clean pots and pans thoroughly.
• Sanitize and clean the kitchen, surfaces, cabinets and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products properly.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
• Sharpen kitchen knives.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.
