Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare A&W menu items following safety and quality standards; cook burgers, fries, breakfast items; assemble orders accurately.
• Kitchen Operations: Keep stations stocked and organized; restock fridges and ingredients; monitor food levels and communicate needs.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures; clean equipment and surfaces; assist with dining room and exterior cleanliness.
• Teamwork: Work closely with cashiers, supervisors, and team members; communicate during rush periods; support a positive workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods

Kitchen Operations

• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team

Cleanliness & Safety

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience

Teamwork

• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
• Support a positive, respectful workplace
