Job summary

A&W Restaurants in Burns Lake, BC is hiring a Kitchen Crew member for permanent full- or part-time positions. You’ll help prepare the food guests love, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and work as part of a supportive team with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is helpful.
• Willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Assist with dining room, restroom, and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.

• Work closely with Cashiers, Supervisors, and other team members
• Communicate clearly during rush periods
