Job summary

A&W Swift Current is seeking a Kitchen Crew member to help deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare foods with care, maintain cleanliness, and support a collaborative team focused on quality service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, paying attention specifically to the correct handling of raw proteins, such as beef, pork, eggs, chicken, and fish.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Prepare foods following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers.
• Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients.
• Receive delivery of supplies.
