The McMurray Group's A&W in Swift Current is seeking a Kitchen Crew member for a permanent part-time role with 20-40 hours per week. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment to prepare and serve high‑quality meals with pride.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, including handling of proteins.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Prepare foods following methods with short preparation times.
• Operate grills and deep-fat fryers.
• Read order monitors and cook according to instructions.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients.
• Receive delivery of supplies.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, paying attention specifically to the correct handling of raw proteins, such as beef, pork, eggs, chicken, and fish
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Prepare foods following specific methods that usually require short preparation time
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills and deep-fat fryers
• Read food order monitors or receive verbal instructions and prepare and cook food according to instructions
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients
• Receive delivery of supplies
