• Actively seek customers and escort to merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to assess needs and project scope.
• Promote services such as Tool Rental, Pro Desk, Pro Services, etc.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items outside department.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
