Job summary

You will learn product features, promote services, and help maintain a clean, safe store. A high school diploma and 1–2 years retail experience are assets; weekend flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years retail or trade experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift and move items as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine customers' needs and expertise.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
• Educate customers about the whole project.
• Maintain daily stock: products signed, displayed, and clean.
• Maintain knowledge of products in department and adjacent areas.
• Seek knowledge on all products and services.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies.
