Longo's is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Department Manager to join our fast-paced store team in Bolton. In this full-time leadership role, you will assist the Food Service Manager to keep the department ready for daily operations and deliver outstanding service.

You will mentor Team Members, lead meetings, and coach staff to maximize productivity while upholding health, safety and loss-prevention standards. The position requires a willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and travel for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service department.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
