Job summary

The McMurray Group, owner of A&W restaurants across Western Canada, is seeking a friendly Cashier at White Oaks to welcome guests and process orders.

You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, efficient service with a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food-safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items, and other products efficiently.
• Assemble food orders accurately and quickly during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized, and clean.
• Restock fridges, freezers, and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food-safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces, and utensils.
• Take out garbage, sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Work closely with Supervisors, Cashiers and other team members.
• Communicate clearly during rush periods.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive, fun workplace.

Job Type: Permanent Full-time and permanent part-time. Various shifts available (Days, Evenings, and Weekends).
