Qualifications

• 2 Jahre klinische Erfahrung in der Kinesiologie.
• Kenntnisse in relevanten Gesetzen wie OHSA und WSIA.

Responsibilities

• Koordination von Rückkehr-zu-Arbeit-Programmen für muskuläre Verletzungen.
• Durchführung funktioneller Bewertungen und Verschreibung von Übungen.

About this opportunity

If you are an energetic and enthusiastic Kinesiologist seeking growth, CBI Health offers an excellent opportunity within one of Canada's largest healthcare networks.

You will join our Workplace Solutions Division, supporting disability management claims and employer assessments, while building strong client rapport through excellent customer service.

Daily responsibilities include

• Coordinate stay-at-work programs
• Support attendance case management for non-occupational injuries
• Coordinate return-to-work programs for musculoskeletal injuries
• Perform functional assessments and prescribe exercises
• Support ergonomic operations and process management
• Conduct employer assessments (Office Ergonomic, PDA, CDA, POET, FAE)
• Develop wellness initiatives, outreach, and education programs
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Prepare reports and facilitate education sessions

Qualifications for success

• Approximately 2 years of clinical experience
• Registered Healthcare Professional in good standing, preferably as a Registered Kinesiologist
• Experience with ergonomics, WSIB clients, and job site observation is an asset
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation (OHSA, WSIA, AODA, PHIPA)
• Empathy and rapport-building skills
