Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Kids Events Team Member to lead children through rock climbing, swimming, arts and crafts, games and more with a strong emphasis on safety and fun for ages 3–13. You will guide activities, maintain order, and support monthly events to boost participation and revenue.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, First Aid and CPR/AED within 60 days, and availability to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include a comprehensive package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• First Aid within 60 days of hire
• CPR/AED within 60 days of hire
• Ability to tolerate loud noises
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb ladders
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Engages children in activities including arts, crafts, singing, sports while ensuring safety
• Leads a group of up to 10 children aged 3-13 with a positive attitude
• Demonstrates courtesy, service, hospitality and professionalism to customers
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of activities and programming
• Promotes monthly events to increase participation and revenue
• Ensures supplies and snacks are used as budgeted
