Job summary

Pet Valu in North Vancouver, BC is hiring a Part-time Keyholder to support daily store operations and guest service. Starting wage is CAD 18.60 per hour with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

You will assist customers, manage stock, and help ensure safety and accuracy in all transactions. The role requires at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience, comfort with POS systems, and a reliable means of transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle busy store conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cashier and customer sales.
• Preparing merchandise orders, banking and other paperwork.
• Stocking small items (under 50 lbs) in the sales area.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Assist in daily goals and tasks when Store Manager is absent.
• Other duties as required by store leadership.
