Job summary

Pet Valu is hiring a Keyholder in Coquitlam, BC. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and help manage stock, banking, and merchandising. This role requires a friendly, reliable team member who can work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Working knowledge of POS system.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.

Responsibilities

• Cashier and customer sales.
• Preparing merchandise orders, banking and other paperwork.
• Stock merchandise (items up to 50 lbs) in the sales area.
• General store maintenance: sweeping and dusting.
• Assist in unloading deliveries and stocking.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Assist in assigning daily goals when managers are absent.
• Other duties as required.
