Job summary

Ardene is seeking a friendly and energetic third key holder to join our fashion retail team in Hamilton. You will assist with visual merchandising and marketing directives while collaborating with management to ensure smooth store and stockroom operations.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, superior customer service, and supervising the team in the manager's absence. You will also process sales and uphold policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• High school diploma an asset.
• Excellent selling and customer service abilities.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership.
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in Manager's absence, including opening/closing and supervising staff.
• Provide excellent service by greeting customers and staying knowledgeable about products.
• Process purchases at the register.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Support the Store Manager to meet company standards.
• Perform related duties as directed.
