Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Vancouver is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service and achieve sales targets.

You will also handle start/end of day cash reconciliation and participate in opening/closing on a rota, contributing to smooth daily store operations for a prestige beauty brand.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Inspires authentic, personalized customer service.
• Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to hit targets is desirable.
• Desirable retail operations experience including cash reconciliation.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
