Le Creuset in Calgary is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our Chinook Mall team. You’ll be the welcoming face helping customers discover colour-rich cookware and inspire their next purchase.

You’ll share product tips, ring up sales, restock shelves and maintain an inviting, well-presented store environment that reflects the Le Creuset heritage and design values. This role requires good communication, prior customer service experience and flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a customer service associate with sales targets.
• Experience using POS terminals or checkout systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The Perfect Blend:
Your ingredients for success

• 2 or more years as a customer service associate with sales targets.
• Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
• Be able to be flexible to work all shifts including evenings & weekends.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skill and hold the ability to establish rapport quickly with others.
• Be proficient with computers and Point of Sale terminals.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items, up to 50lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
• Strive for unparalleled customer service.
