Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a reliable Key Holder for its Vancouver boutique to drive sales, build a client network, and deliver outstanding service. The role supports boutique operations, including opening and closing, loss prevention, and communication with the corporate office when management is absent.

You will assist in opening/closing, manage transfers, and uphold loss prevention protocols while developing product knowledge and assisting customers with luxury jewelry.

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, computer, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
