Job summary

Montblanc in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Luxury Retail Sales Associate to drive boutique sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will develop a clientele, maintain flawless presentation, and acquire in-depth knowledge of Montblanc collections to assist clients with confidence.

This role requires fluent English and Spanish, open availability including nights and weekends, and a passion for high-end luxury products.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales; jewelry or high-end luxury product sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills are needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school graduate or equivalent, College degree preferred.
• Able to work open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Standing on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
• Reaching to access product stored within cabinets or on shelves.
• Occasional need to use a ladder to reach product.
• Unpacking and/or lifting of large boxes that contain product.

Expected Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 hourly. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
