La Vie en Rose in Canada is seeking a motivated part-time sales associate to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and support a high-quality shopping experience. You will help customers in lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear, with a focus on service and upselling.

The role requires flexibility for holidays and longer hours during busy periods. The position offers an hourly wage of $18.50–$19.90, with benefits for full-time staff and opportunities for advancement in a family-owned

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Help them find products, explain materials and features, and suggest other items.
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist customers during shopping.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage sales floor in managers' absence.
• Prepare and place products on the floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and organized.
• Spot new products and share top picks with customers.
• Escort customers to the register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures; learn details as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
