Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Canada is hiring for a permanent, part-time sales role focused on lingerie and swimwear. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them find items that fit and feel great.

You’ll assist in fitting rooms, maintain store presentation, and contribute to a positive shopping experience across our growing network. You should have prior sales experience, enjoy fashion, and be willing to work holidays and longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist in finding products.
• Explain product features, materials and fit and suggest alternatives.
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist customers there.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage sales floor in absence of managers and maintain presentation.
• Ensure clean, tidy store and backstore; prepare new product placements.
• Talk about top picks and new products with customers and ring up purchases.
• Follow head office policies and perform other duties as needed.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store.

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

Permanent, part time

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
