Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Aurora, Canada is seeking a part-time sales associate to help customers select lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear while delivering exceptional service. You will open and close the store, maintain a welcoming environment, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

This permanent part-time role offers flexible hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Previous retail experience in apparel is a plus, and bilingualism is an asset.

• Be available in the fitting room.

• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Ensure store and backstore are clean and tidy.
• Look out for new products to share top picks with customers.
• Escort customers to the cash register and process transactions.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they're looking for - answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren't there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
