ABOUT YOU :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our most valued clients and identifying areas for success. The Key Accounts Manager will act as a strategic partner, delivering exceptional service, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and maximizing revenue potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Client Relationship Management :

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, maintaining proactive and consistent communication.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide customer insights and recommendations that position Tribute as a true partner in the profession.
  • Responsible for monthly check-in calls and quarterly business / account reviews.
  • Strategic Account Planning :

Incorporating insights and Key Account feedback, develop and execute tailored account strategies to achieve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Partnering with Account Manager Sales team, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products / services aligned with client goals.
  • Performance Monitoring :

Track and analyze account performance, providing regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Create customized performance reports highlighting wins, challenges and actions taken to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Address issues and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams :

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts and deliver seamless client experiences.

  • Advocate for clients within the company to ensure their needs are prioritized.
  • Teams Market and Industry Insight :

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Share feedback from clients to inform product development and business strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably with key or strategic accounts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational skills.
