Job summary

Hydro One invites applications for a Business Analyst Co-op Student role in Toronto. You will support the Large Customer Accounts team within the Key Accounts department, handling contracts, data from MS CRM, SAP and SharePoint, and developing performance reporting and dashboards.

You will work on invoicing, project tracking and process improvement, with exposure to Power BI and SAP. This role offers hands-on learning in a major Ontario energy provider and is ideal for second-year or higher

Qualifications

• Discipline: Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Academic Level: Second Year or higher completed.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel; VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aid in development, analysis and tracking of customer contracts to meet deliverables.
• Collect and analyze customer data from databases to develop reporting and dashboards.
• Conduct quality assurance monitoring of databases and contracts for compliance.
• Support Account Executives with managing large customer relationships and invoicing.
• Prepare written material including web content, training docs and process maps.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to improve processes and data management.
