Qualifications

• Enrolled in a post-secondary program with a minimum 2nd year completed.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, and contract governance.
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Support work order analysis, maintenance tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and operational playbooks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
