You will report to the Canadian business leader, bring credibility on the warehouse floor and in the boardroom, and manage long, strategic pursuits with autonomy.
Is this the right Key Account Manager role for you?
Annual incentive bonus: 50% of base, paid out annually.
OTE: $162,000–$225,000.
Health, dental and vision. RRSP plus DPSP with employer contribution. Laptop and phone.
Canada-wide. Remote is fine, Quebec included. The GTA is a strong plus: it holds the densest customer base. Up to 50% travel across Canada, with trips to the US for training and the major trade shows.
A global automation leader is building its Canadian business from the ground up. There is one seat like this in the country, and it's yours. They need a seasoned, bilingual key account leader who can own the country's biggest parcel accounts and open new ones. This is not a quota-chasing desk job. It's a long game, played with a lot of money on the table.
You own a handful of named national accounts in express parcel. They include some of the largest parcel operators in Canada. That base brings in a few million a year in service agreements and steady project work. You also hunt: national carriers, 3PLs, warehousing, grocers and bottlers.
You report directly to the leader of the Canadian business. They joined this year to scale it, and they were once the buyer on one of the largest parcel hub projects in Canadian history. They know exactly what great selling looks like from the other side of the table.
You are measured on order intake and account profitability. You have a deep bench behind you. You own the relationship.
A first-and-only seat in a country the company has decided to bet on. You won't inherit a mess. You'll help design the playbook. You get the backing of a global technology group with roughly 13,000 people. It owns its own sortation technology and integrates it end to end. Your deals are career-defining: one win can be the reference story for the next decade.
Maturity, patience and the backbone to stay in a deal for 18 months. Things go wrong on projects this size.
They need someone who stays calm, solves it and keeps moving.
