The Salvation Army is seeking a Kettle Campaign Worker to support the Christmas Kettle operation across mall locations in Canada. You will assist in moving kettles, ensure secure handling of donations, and communicate issues to Supervisors.
The role requires strong customer service, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Education includes some high school coursework, with high school completion as an asset.

Accountabilities: Incumbent may perform all, some, or similar range of duties as below:
This is a temporary position. Shifts may include days, afternoons, evenings, weekend shifts, and split shifts, Monday through Saturday. Applicable shifts include a ½ hour unpaid meal break. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as the hours may increase as per operational requirements. Work environment is typically in malls/stores. Standing for long periods will be required and exposure to cold weather. Required to wear appropriate Salvation Army identification. Local travel is associated with this position.
Some high school coursework, completion of high school is an asset.
A minimum of one year of related experience or working in customer service. Money handling experience is an asset. Experience in office administration. Experience with general office equipment and must have strong skills and experience using word processing (WORD); spread sheet use (EXCEL).
The target hiring range for this position is $17.60 to $21.84 with a maximum of $26.20. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
