School District 71 (Comox Valley) invites applications for a 0.50 FTE Grades K-3 Blended Learning HLC Teacher – Inquiry/Project Based Learning in Quesnel, BC. The position supports multi-grade classrooms with online and face-to-face learning components.

Successful candidates will have BC teaching certification, experience in blended learning, and a strong collaborative approach to curriculum integration and family engagement.

Qualifications

• BC teacher certification and eligibility to teach in British Columbia.
• Experience in online or blended learning programs.
• Strong collaboration and team planning abilities.
• Ability to create online resources for families (LMS tools).
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and parent/community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Teach 0.50 FTE across Grades K–3 in blended HLC settings.
• Deliver face-to-face instruction in Quesnel, BC.
• Prepare and share online learning resources and activities.
• Collaborate with grade group colleagues and district teams.
• Support families across platforms and run parent workshops.
